HeeSun Lee is not your average Hip Hop/ Spoken word artist. Born in Seoul, Korea on June 4th, 1983, she was sadly abandoned by her birth family. She was then placed into a foster home, and later adopted when she was four months old. She then moved to Staten Island NY. Growing up in Staten Island started out easy until her teenage years arrived and she began struggling with her identity.

Darryl Prevost is an inspiring photographer who’s been photographing everything in his surroundings for close to a decade now. He specializes in many branch in photography and has work with a wide range of clients such as Complex Magazine, Adidas, Reebok, Denim and Sole, Gofigure Magazine just to name a few. Darryl also loves to capture the essence and emotion of the subjects he photograph.

Courtney J. Pointer-Lewis

Courtney J. Pointer-Lewis (aka C-Jay) was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on April 10th. She was raised by her grandparents, aunts and uncles. Courtney’s family holds a long line of singers, songwriters, dancers, models, musicians and pastors, so it was no surprise when Courtney displayed her talents of poetry, singing, gymnastics and dance at a young age. Courtney lived a somewhat sheltered life throughout these years. Courtney did not explore her neighborhood much due to the crime rate. Her grandparents enrolled her in a predominantly Caucasian school to ensure that she received the best education possible.
